  • Responsible for growing the level of Microsoft software usage in the companies. Initiator and leader of several .NET UG in Ukraine. Responsible for activities with higher institutions and in universities. In charge of Microsoft Innovation Centers in Ukraine

 2005 – 2006 – SoftServe (www.softservecom.com)

  • Project Manager of projects with 30+ employees. Branch Manager. Started up and managed the branch of one of the largest software companies in Ukraine. Managed the projects. The company successfully operates till today.

2004 – 2007 – Owner and CEO of Microsoft IT Academy.

  • Delivered a number of courses and seminars in Ukrainian cities.

2004 –2005 –ITG Ukraine (outsourcing company from New York http://itgny.com)

  • Technical Director. Started up and managed the office of 15+ employees. Specialty: software development for managers of capital issues. Project manager of the development process. The company successfully operates till today.
